Yarrow is a perennial herb with lace-like leaves and a daisy-like flower. The oil is steam distilled from the leaves and the flowers.

ESSENCE: Cool and mellowing

EFFECTS: Helps to regulate the flow of Qi. It also balances the yin and yang energies.

THERAPY: Yarrow is excellent for treating circulatory issues such as varicose veins and hemorrhoids. It is a very good anti-inflammatory and is also a good oil to use in skin care to soothe irritated skin and help heal eczema conditions.
