"Hi,
I wanted to tell you how much I LOVE your skin care products I recently purchased. I am a 57 yr-old woman who has had psoriasis for over 20 years, mainly in my scalp and in and behind my ears. It has slowly gotten more troublesome. I have, however, used very little of a huge tube of steroid ointment prescribed me by my physician about 5 years ago...I really don’t like taking steroids! I find your 'Psoriasis Blend' very helpful to my scalp and ears and a small patch of facial dryness, which is, I believe, also psoriasis. I also find the sensitive skin formula (I purchased the travel pack to try it out) very effective and kind to my skin AND I find each of your products goes a long way; I am very impressed by that aspect too!

I have a long nursing background AND I prefer natural to pharmaceuticals...so I say "BRAVO!" to you for your dedication and research to find and blend these wonderful natural products for all of us to use and enjoy, and for our ability to trust in the "no harm' (sans chemicals) approach as the underlying theme of businesses such as yours.

"P.S. I gave the little kit of rose hydrating mist and eye gel to my brother because he’s a real product lover too. He’s a smoker and a drinker, and he gets up at 5am for work each day, so you can only imagine. About 2 days after I gave him the stuff, he said something along the lines of “That eye gel… best stuff ever!!! I woke up with the puffiest, squintiest eyes. "I had the privilege of sitting in on your seminar on Saturday at Goodness Me. I enjoyed it so much, you are an inspiration! I have spent thousands and thousands on skin care products, house hold products and quick fixes for all sorts of ailments that just do not work...and since my father’s cancer diagnosis in 2006 and subsequent death in December 2008, I have been on the hunt to eliminate harmful toxins from both my and my husband’s life (as well as our dogs' lives!). I am completely inspired after your seminar to do just that! So much so, that if I could quit my job today and dedicate my life to this task...I would...and am hopefully going to head in that direction real soon. Thank you for taking your time to educate us on Saturday...you have certainly left an impact on my life!

Hi Kelly:  thank you for your lovely comments about our products.  We currently have no plans to produce a cosmetic line.  It is a huge undertaking and we are still working on distribution for the skin care and body care products. That is not to say we won't look at it in the future!

Hi Mary: yes I do remember you, thank you for your nice comments. You are looking for a remedy for a plantar's wart. Here is one you can try:

Lemon Essential Oil - 10 drops
Cypress Essential Oil - 5 drops
Lavender Essential Oil- 5 drops
Cider Vinegar - 2 teaspoons

Mix all together and store in a little bottle. Using a cotton ball dab the mixture to the area. 

NOTE: tear the cotton ball into 4 pieces and use each piece only ONCE. DO NOT RE-DAB SAME AREA WITH THE SAME COTTON PIECE. This is a virus, remember - and you will spread it . 

This should help clear things up.

"Hello, I am a new customer and met you at Goodness Me on Valentines day. In all 
the excitement of meeting my long lost friend, I forgot to ask your name. I want to thank you for the time you took to answer all my questions and explain everything so very well. Since then I have come up with a few more questions, some from starting to use the products.
Should the "Fine Line Vanishing" cream be applied on my eyes under the "Eye gel" also? I began using the eye gel and it makes my eye area feel tight, which feels the same as dry. Does this go away after using for a while? If not, what  should I do?

Just a comment, the lip balm is wonderful, I really like the smell of it and  it works great! I am glad you told me about it.....thank you. 

You also suggested using Eucalyptus oil in a steam for acne. I forgot to ask you how often to do the steam and how many drops to use in the steam  water each time. Thank you very much,"

Hi Simona: How could I forget that "mystical" meeting between you and your friend. That was so cool!

Here is the order you should apply your products. After cleansing your face:
1. Fine Line Vanishing Cream, - under the eyes and around the lip area. This is designed to go deep into the skin to nourish new cells.
2. Then your moisturizer - on top of the Fine Line Vanishing Cream and all over the rest of the face.
3. Then throughout the day.... the Eye Gel. This gel is designed to reduce puffy bags under the eyes and to soften the dark circles. It stays on the top layer (epidermis). It may feel tight after applying it as it is reducing any inflammation, thus tightening the skin. It is only used when the eye is tired or puffy. You will notice a difference when you apply the other two products to the eyes first.

Now with regard to the Eucalyptus oil: I would do an initial steam twice in the first week, then  do it once a week or once every two weeks. You use 3 - 4 drops of Eucalyptus oil on top of the water.

Well, that is an excellent question. The Fine Line Vanishing Cream contains both Rosewater and Rose Otto essential oil. Rose is an emmenagogue, which means it has the potential to bring on a menstrual cycle.
So, I feel it is safest to not use it during pregnancy at all.

"I recently purchased your Travel Set for Sensitive Skin.  I absolutely love the cleanser!  I have very dry skin so I am going to try the moisturizer for dry skin.  But I have a question with regards to the Night Oil for Sensitive Skin (which I also love).  Could this be used as an oil/serum underneath a moisturizer for extra hydration?"

Hope all is well! I met you at Noah's a couple weeks ago and you were kind to share your wisdom with my mother and I about your products. 

I purchased the dry skin travel set and quite enjoyed using it, and saw results in my skin which was more plump, soft and moisturized. Unfortunately, after a few days of using the products, I began to break out. Small white pustules (zits?) started showing up on my t-zone, and the odd one on my cheeks which are typically dry. 

I am wondering if I am perhaps not using the products correctly, or maybe too frequently? Should I be concerned?

Your sage feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Lisa: I do remember you. You are using the product just right. What you are experiencing is a removal of toxins from your skin. That is one of the amazing benefits of using pure essential oils. The pustules are toxins being pulled out. You will need to do a steam cleanse. Using a bowl of hot water and a towel, steam your face for about 4 - 5 minutes. For quicker results, add 3 - 4 drops of Eucalyptus oil to the water. Eucalyptus is a decongestant and will open the pores. I recommend a steam cleanse every two weeks in the summer months and about once a month in the winter. Your skin will love it. We also make a "Facial To Go" Kit that includes everything you need to do your own home full facial. The product will do two facials...so you can save it for a second treatment in a month...or have fun with a girlfriend or your mom. 

I know that the appearance of these "zits" is annoying, but as they say - there is a silver lining - your body is getting rid of toxins and that is a really good thing.

Lisa, try out the steam cleanse and let me know how you make out. If the "zits" come back, then the program is too rich for you and we can replace it with the Sensitive Skin set, or you can return it for a full refund.

"My middle name used to be "been there, done that". I have tried the BIG brands, the small ( and usually expensive) brands, and the unorthodox brands. I have "sea salted", "peptided", "mineralized", and investigated "secret ingredient" face care, for years. None of them won me over. Then I woke up, to Awaken My Senses. I tried the normal skin line products, but felt it wasn't working as well as it could, and had a sensitivity on my cheeks. I contacted Colleen, told her my situation, and she said, I needed to be on the "sensitive skin" line of products. I did just that. The difference was astounding.
