Orange is a tree with fragrant star-shaped flowers. The oil is extracted by cold expression of the outer peel of the almost ripe fruit.

ESSENCE: Cheerful and optimistic, Orange is a top note with stimulating and balancing properties.

EFFECTS: This oil has a wonderful uplifting aroma and is excellent for S.A.D symptoms. It relieves tension, anxiety and depression. Sweet Orange is a good oil for children - they love the scent and it can be used to help them sleep.

THERAPY: A good oil to stimulate lymph fluids, assisting the treatment of cellulite. It is beneficial for soothing dry, irritated or acne-prone skin and is considered to have regenerative properties.

PRECAUTIONS: Orange is photosensitive. Avoid sun exposure for 24 hours after using. Do not use on damaged or sunburnt skin.
