APPLICATIONS: Pumpkin Seed oil’s high content of Vitamin E and fatty acids makes it ideal for skin care. Vitamin E is known to reduce the amount of scarring around a wound as well as diminish the appearance of stretch marks. The fatty acids aid our skin’s oil production and help to retain moisture. The linoleic acid helps generate prostaglandins which decrease inflammation. Those with dry skin and skin conditions such as psoriasis, rosacea and inflamed skin will benefit greatly from this oil. The oil can be used individually or blended with Wheatgerm, which is also extremely high in Vitamin E.
