Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
Corresponding Gland: Thyroid
Color Vibration: Blue
The Throat Chakra governs communication (either verbal or bodily), self-expression and creativity through sound. It is the centre of higher creativity such as word and song. The Throat Chakra is also the centre of will – the will to communicate one’s true inner feelings.
When the Throat Chakra is in balance
It is nurturing, peaceful, faithful, and sincere and communicates expression of thoughts, languages and images. It allows us to speak out and speak the truth.
When the Throat Chakra is out of balance
It cannot find expression and is fearful of being judged and rejected. It is afraid of silence. An out-of-balance throat chakra may manifest physical symptoms such as chronic sore throat, mouth ulcers, gum problems, laryngitis, swollen glands and thyroid problems.
Our Throat Chakra Blend contains 100% oure essential oils of:

How to use your Throat Chakra Blend:
Sit in a comfortable position. Open the bottle, hold it under your nose and take four deep breaths:
Breath one: Imagine all the stress and tension in the body collecting in the lungs. As you breathe out, release this energy.
Breath two: Relax all the muscles in the head and neck area. When you breathe out, imagine all stress and tension floating away.
Breath three: Direct the energy to the throat chakra. On the exhale, imagine that you are releasing old, stagnant energy.
Breath four: Focus on the chakra, envisioning the color of the throat chakra as a bright circular ball of blue energy. Allow your mind to clear and simply relax for 3 to 5 minutes.
You can use this method several times throughout the day to help restore balance and peace.
Precautions: Do not use during pregnancy. Spearmint and Peppermint are emmenagogues. Roman Chamomile may induce an allergic reaction to those with ragweed sensitivity.
