Myrrh essential oil is steam distilled from the resin of the Myrrh bush. Use of the oil dates as far back as 4000 years. It  was an ingredient of the famous Egyptian perfume "kyphi".

THERAPY: Often used for the treatment of wounds and ulcers, it is also used as an expectorant and is beneficial for coughs, bronchitis and colds.
