To focus is to direct all your attention and energy to one place. This is not always easy when you take into account all the distractions that we encounter in our daily lives. Odd as this may sound, in order to truly focus on one thing, you must consciously give yourself permission to shut everything else out.
Meditation is a great exercise for teaching us focus; however, it is often not practical to meditate. Tasks such as driving a car, writing exams and functioning in our workplace require us to focus to achieve optimum results. Essential oils are well known for helping people focus. It is important, however, not to use a single oil as it may already have a memory connection which would flood the brain and not allow our full attention to the job at hand.
The blend we have created uses three well known oils to promote focus. Each oil adds its own essence to create a new aroma. Use this blend to create a new “focus” memory connection.
Inhalation: simply inhale directly from the bottle. Take 3 – 4 deep breaths while focusing on the task you intend to complete.
Diffuser: put 4 – 5 drops in a diffuser when you are studying or working on your own. This will help keep you focused and allow you to use the oil for memory recall.
Precautions: DO NOT USE DURING PREGNANCY.
