APPLICATION: Cleanse the face using our Dry Skin Cleanser.  Using the Dry Skin Toner, mist the entire face and let absorb for 2-3 minutes. Place 4-5 dabs of moisturizer on the forehead, cheeks and chin. Using a circular motion, gently massage over the entire face until absorbed.
