Arnica oil is made by infusing the Arnica montana herb in a vegetable oil. The oil has a moderate to heavy texture with a soft herbal aroma.  The folk name for Arnica literally means "mountain well-being" and has been used for many years to heal  bruised skin, rheumatic muscle and joint problems, swelling and to help heal bone fractures.  It has a shelf life of approximately 9 months to 1 year.

Our Arnica is infused in Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil.  

APPLICATIONS: for blisters, bruises and inflammed skin add 5 drops of Helichrysum (everlasting) to 10 mls of Arnica. Apply 3 - 4  times per day. For swollen joint,s blend 5 drops of German Chamomile or Yarrow in 10 mls of Arnica. Apply a cold pack or compress to the area. Repeat 2 - 3 times per day.

PRECAUTIONS: DO NOT USE DURING PREGNANCY - may irritate sensitve skin types.
